IT Project Manager – Messaging Platform

The client is a Cyprus-based FinTech and software development company building digital products for businesses and individual users. Its product portfolio covers payment integrations, crypto-to-fiat exchange, trading platforms, CRM systems, and mobile applications. As IT Project Manager, you will lead the messenger application through its next stage: from an established internal tool to a commercially viable B2B platform. You will coordinate product, engineering, design, testing, and commercial stakeholders while creating a clear roadmap for development, launch, and customer adoption. This role offers substantial ownership over both delivery and the future direction of the product.

Own the end-to-end project roadmap, from product assessment and commercial requirements to launch and ongoing development;

Translate business goals and customer needs into clear specifications, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans;

Coordinate mobile and backend developers, QA specialists, designers, and other contributors across the software development lifecycle;

Establish delivery processes, sprint cadences, documentation standards, and reliable progress reporting;

Manage project scope, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and risks while keeping stakeholders aligned;

Work with commercial teams to define the product proposition, target customer segments, implementation model, and launch priorities;

Guide the development of business-ready functionality, including administration, user management, security, integrations, and support processes;

Coordinate testing, release readiness, feedback collection, and continuous product improvements;

Monitor delivery and adoption metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements.

3+ years of experience managing software, mobile application, SaaS, or other technology projects;

Demonstrated ownership of projects across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement;

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods and modern software development processes;

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and converting business requirements into actionable technical work;

Ability to manage competing priorities, delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations;

Working knowledge of project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence or comparable platforms;

Professional fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills;

A structured, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions in an evolving product environment.

Experience launching or commercialising an internal product for external B2B customers;

Background in messaging, collaboration tools, mobile applications, FinTech, payments, or SaaS;

Familiarity with data privacy, application security, encrypted communication, or enterprise access controls;

Experience supporting customer onboarding, third-party integrations, or go-to-market planning.

Strong ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes;

Clear communication across technical, commercial, and senior stakeholder groups;

Sound judgement when balancing speed, scope, quality, and customer value;

Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements and changing priorities;

Commercial awareness combined with a practical understanding of technology.
