Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline

Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role needs

Reach out to candidates by phone and emails and manage follow ups

Schedule interviews and coordinate with founder

Maintain accurate hiring tracker and status updates

Assist in basic employer branding and outreach efforts

You are fine with Unpaid internship in EU time zone(3-6 month part-time).

We are looking for someone who is eager to gain practical experience through this internship. You should have strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations. Being organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting is key, along with a basic familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.

Gain practical experience in startup recruitment across the EU and India, while developing a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end hiring workflows. You will benefit from a flexible, remote working environment and direct collaboration with the founder and core team.
