As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Staffbase, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, architecting solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of our AI-native employee communication and operations platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with clients across various industries. What you’ll be doing <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Collaborate with Account Executives to build and deliver engaging demos to prospective customers that spark excitement</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work with prospective customers to find the best technical setup for their internal communications needs and remove technical obstacles to winning deals</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Run technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform and consult on different integration methods</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Consult prospects regarding our APIs, our architecture recommendations and AI infrastructure</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Crafting and building RFP response documents which position the Staffbase product in the best possible manner</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Vibe-coding of demo mock-ups to showcase our integration and customization capabilities</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You’re interfacing between sales and product to always have cutting edge industry and product knowledge and inform the product development with learnings from our prospects.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">As a Senior Solutions Engineer you’re a role model and mentor to less experienced Solutions Engineers on the team, lead by example, and have an impact on how Solutions Engineers play a role in the broader sales process.</li> </ul> What you need to be successful <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">University degree in information science, Information Systems, Business Engineering, or equivalent technical work experience </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">5-8 years of experience in a similar role (SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering/solutions consulting)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">C2 level French and German + English (C1 level); able to conduct executive-level business conversations in all three languages</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Deep understanding of cloud technologies and corresponding infrastructure</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">While you’re not required to be a full stack engineer, you should have a general understanding of web development and knowledge of common technologies.
